It is your responsibility to change your password and the passwords of your users whenever you feel necessary. Different organizations require password changing at different time intervals.

Admins can alter email addresses and passwords directly in Telescope. Users can change their passwords in the settings section of Telescope.

Yes, you can alter any user’s permissions by selecting which user level (1-6) you would like them to work under. The user levels are designed to allow Admins to control how much access each user has.

When creating an account, you (or your admin) will be able to choose a username (or email) and password so that you can begin using Telescope and adding additional users through Telescope’s Admin area.
